The Avoice Virtual Library is pleased to announce the launch of a new exhibit on the role of African-American members of Congress in shaping the nation's fair housing policy. From passage of the 1968 Fair Housing Act to more recent efforts to combat predatory lending, African-American members worked tirelessly to eradicate discriminatory housing policies and practices throughout the nation.

Find out more about how the Congressional Black Caucus carries on a decades-long fight to ensure everyone equal and fair access to a home of their choice in this new addition to Avoice. Visit the new Fair Housing Exhibit!
